A High-Performance Material for Industry

MJF PA12 FR is a certified industrial material, designed for the production of genuine mass-produced parts meeting the requirements of the electronics, automotive, aerospace and medical sectors. Thanks to its UL94 V0 and EN 45545-2 certifications, it guarantees optimum fire resistance (flame retardancy), while offering excellent mechanical strength and a high-quality finish. With its ability to be manufactured in industrial series, it represents a reliable solution that complies with the most stringent standards, available exclusively from 3D PROD in France.

Fireproof and Secure

Formulated without halogens, HP PA12 FR complies with UL94 V0 and EN 45545-2 standards, guaranteeing optimum resistance to flammability at a thickness of 2.5 mm. Thanks to specific encapsulation of PA12 particles with flame retardants, this material ensures uniform flame retardancy throughout the printed parts, reinforcing their reliability in critical environments.

Precision and Quality Finishing

HP PA12 FR offers a smooth, homogeneous surface directly after printing, up to 60% smoother than other comparable materials. Its isotropic properties guarantee high dimensional accuracy and fine detail, making it ideal for the production of functional prototypes and final parts in a variety of industrial applications.

Optimizing reusability

With a 50% reusability rate, HP PA12 FR optimizes powder use and significantly reduces manufacturing unit costs. This material minimizes waste while maintaining an optimal balance between performance and reusability. What's more, its production incorporates renewable energy sources and biomethane, helping to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
